About this role

Job Overview: The Fleet Manager will be responsible for overall shop and fleet management. The position requires excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills to engage diesel technicians and automotive Technicians, maintain good morale among the team, and keep construction equipment in service. Requires expert technical skills and the ability to maintain the fleet of construction equipment. PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: The Fleet Manager is responsible for quality control, of fleet tools and supplies, timely repairs on fleet vehicles. Making decisions regarding vehicle acquisition as well as regular analysis of fleet expense and performance reports Be familiar with fleet management software and GPS to enhance company tracking and vehicle performance.…
