Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Performance Coach to join the Exos team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of day-to-day fitness center operations, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal team members and clients. As a Performance Coach your responsibilities will include the following: Instructing, motivating, and assisting clients in a safe, legal, moral, ethical manner to achieve their goals. Conducting on-site assessments of clients’ health, utilizing proprietary Exos evaluation protocols. Updating training plans and/or re-evaluating clients as needed to ensure optimal outcomes. Maintaining constant communication with clients to ensure goals are being met.…
