Fund Investment Compliance, Senior Associate

Who we are looking for Reporting to the Fund Investment Compliance Officer (“FCO”), the Fund Investment Compliance Analyst (“FCSA”) supports the investment compliance monitoring functions entailed by the services contracted by our clients and/or the Branch’s depositary duties. The FCSA assists in the process of reviewing investment guidelines in prospectuses or operating memorandum and as per UCITS or AIF directives/regulations, identifying changes to the current set up, maintaining the funds’ guidelines documentation, and preparing and releasing the related client reports. The FCSA also assists in the set-up of new businesses consisting in the follow up of scheduled new deals and ensuring timely completion of the related tasks with due regard to the department’s internal procedures.…
