About this role

As Manager PMO Deployment (m/f/d), you support the Global Deployment Organization within the Business Transformation Program. Reporting to the Lead PMO - Deployment, you establish and run PMO governance across countries, business units and sites. You create transparency, reliable planning and execution excellence across deployment waves in Bad Homburg, with travel according to the deployment schedule. Your responsibilities: Establish PMO standards, templates, tools and reporting standards, and drive adherence to the global deployment methodology and stage-gate governance.
