About this role
Assist in the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, learning and development, employee welfare , and engagement activities. Handle HR operational matters such as leave and attendance tracking, social insurance, health insurance, employee claims, and internal communications. Support payroll preparation and coordination with ex ternal payroll vendors, ensuring accuracy and timely submission. Maintain and administer HRIS systems, ensuring accuracy and data integrity. Prepare and maintain employee records, contracts, HR documentation in compliance with Vietnam labor regulations Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and internal guidelines.
