Finance Controlling Manager

Fixed-Term: 12 months The Finance Controlling Manager leads a finance team, acting as a key partner and right hand to the Finance Director. The role is responsible for delivering accurate, compliant financial reporting and insightful analysis, while driving performance and decision support across the business. The position involves managing a team of up to 30 employees (both direct and indirect), overseeing month-end close, audits and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and control. Key requirements include a professional accounting qualification (ACCA or CIMA), 5–7 years of experience in finance controlling, strong team leadership capabilities, solid IFRS knowledge, SAP experience and proficiency in English.…
