Financial Analyst (Cash app)

Job Summary You will join the Finance Operations team to manage cash application activities across assigned markets. You will post and reconcile incoming payments, investigate discrepancies, and work with internal partners to resolve issues. The team values accuracy, curiosity, and a proactive approach to making processes better. Key Responsibilities Performing cash application activities and knocking customers invoices with cash remittance. Investigate and manage unallocated and arranging evidence of payment to allocate in correct accounts. Follow-up for missing remittances and resolve customers queries. Resolution of disputes with LOC/CS&L/CTC teams. Executing Feban/Purge for advance customer. Calculating monthly unallocated/unapplied KPIs.…
