Job Description: Position Summary Guggenheim Securities (“GS”) is seeking an exceptional, Associate to join its Financial Sponsors Group (FSG) located in London. Our London based Financial Sponsors Group (FSG) is a key part of GS’ Global FSG practice and leads the origination and execution of transactions for private equity clients in the UK and Europe. Associates will join a highly collaborative team focused on providing market-leading M&A advisory services to Large and Mid-cap Sponsors in Europe. GS offers a unique opportunity to work as part of small client teams on major strategic assignments. Associates have full involvement in all aspects of the origination and execution of M&A mandates, as well as direct exposure to senior bankers and client representatives.…
