Job Description: Position Summary Guggenheim Securities (“GS”) is seeking an experienced Vice President to join its Commercial Services investment banking team in Chicago. Commercial Services is part of our Global Services coverage team and provides M&A and capital markets advisory to companies that deliver mission-critical services spanning facility, utility and infrastructure, architecture, engineering & consulting, and environmental services. Our Vice Presidents play an integral role in evolving and enhancing our client relationships and are active participants throughout the life of a transaction and beyond.
