Position Summary: The Land Coordinator serves as the “Operational Hub” of the Land Department providing support and monitoring land acquisitions and development activities. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate tracking systems, monitoring contractual and development deadlines, coordinating documentation, and supporting land acquisition and development processes from initial pursuit through land purchase takedown and construction The Land Coordinator maintains tracking systems, monitors contractual and development deadlines, organizes documentation, and supports underwriting and market analysis efforts.
