About this role
Permanent Full-time - 37.5 hours per week. Purpose of the post: The Clinical Nurse Manager 2 Nurse Practice Development will lead and support the nursing department through education, audit, and quality improvement initiatives. The CNM2 (NPD) will promote evidence-based practice and contribute to the continuous improvement of patient care and nursing standards. The CNM 2 (NPD) will play a key role in the standardisation, implementation, education and support of the Electronic Health Record (EHR) and in the embedding of the Careful Nursing Philosophy and Professional Practice Model.
