Job Title: Diagnostic Imaging Assistant/ Health Care Assistant Contract Type: Part time Permanent Contract Reports to: Radiology Services Managers Main Duties: (Responsibilities are not listed in order of priority) To participate in all non-medical duties associated with scans within the Diagnostic Imaging Department: preparation of room and equipment needed for scans/procedures switching on/off equipment escorting and care of patient prioritising and organising RIS worklist in conjunction with other appropriate personnel assisting Radiologists/ Radiographers/ Sonographers/ Nurses during all Diagnostic Imaging examinations delivery of specimens and tests to laboratory cleaning of room, equipment, patient areas and any other areas as needed following specific duties assigned to various moda…
