About this role
Implementation Specialists at PC lead and manage the implementation of new groups. They work in a dynamic environment and as a team to process transactions related to the full implementation of a new group. This Customer Success role provides value to our clients through daily customer service, leveraging technology, communication skills, and responsiveness in order to ensure a positive client experience. The Implementation Specialist will: Overall responsibility for the effective implementation of assigned new groups onto one of our third-party administration (TPA) platforms.
