About this role

This role will be responsible for supporting, troubleshooting, and optimizing CIGNA’s Amazon Web Services (AWS) environments across multiple regions, ensuring secure, compliant, and highly available cloud services for our international business units. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with CIGNA’s Cloud Center of Excellence, security, and application teams, as well as Microsoft’s Unified Support and engineering resources.
