Position Summary The Inbound Operations Lead is responsible for providing day-to-day leadership and operational support within the Receiving and Inventory departments of the distribution center. This position serves as a working leader, partnering with associates to ensure the accurate, timely, and compliant receipt, processing, storage, and control of inventory. The Inbound Lead is expected to drive operational excellence, support associate development, monitor productivity and quality metrics, and promote a safe and efficient work environment.
