About the role As a Legal Counsel within Transurban’s Commercial Resolution & Disputes (CR&D) team, you will provide strategic legal support across disputes, litigation, regulatory investigations, claims prevention, and post-completion design and construction matters. The role is central to protecting Transurban’s legal and commercial interests through timely and practical advice. You will also contribute to board and stakeholder reporting and manage external legal advisors to ensure high-quality, fi-for-purpose support. Building strong relationships across the business and representing Transurban with external stakeholders is essential to success in this position.…
