Manager de production sur site industriel (F/H) - - - - - - - - - - - - Vous avez la responsabilité d’une équipe de production (environ 40 personnes) que vous accompagnez dans leur évolution professionnelle, avec l’objectif d’assurer la production dans le respect des personnes et de leur sécurité. Vous travaillez avec chacun pour créer une équipe autonome, performante et responsable. Vous anticipez les besoins de nos clients sur plusieurs horizons de temps, et mettez en œuvre les actions nécessaires pour y répondre : formation des personnes, organisation de l’équipe, capacité machine, etc. Vous pilotez l’amélioration de la performance de votre secteur en appliquant les outils du Lean Manufacturing.
