Job Description: Die digitale Verarbeitung von Daten im Weltraum wird durch die rasante technologische Entwicklung in terrestrischen Anwendungen stimuliert und erschließt ganz neue Anwendungsgebiete der Weltraumkommunikation. Dazu gehören neben dem effizienten on-board processing von Datenströmen zur Regeneration, dem IP basierten routing von Daten, der Ansteuerung von Phased Array Antennen auch flexibel im Orbit einstellbare Übertragungsverfahren, sog. software defined radios. Datenströme werden über digital modulierte hochfrequente Träger im Frequenzbereich von 1 GHz bis über 50 GHz von und zur Erde übertragen.…
