ABOUT THE TEAM & MISSION
42dot의 Open Source Manager는 조직의 오픈소스 소프트웨어(OSS) 활용 및 Governance 전략을 총괄하고 회사에서 OSS 관리 체계를 준수할 수 있게 지속적으로 운영합니다. 이를 위해 Governance 체계를 표준화하고 필요한 도구 운영, 정책/프로세스를 구현합니다.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Governance 프레임워크 설계 및 구현
- 전사적 OSS 전략 수립 및 ISO/IEC 5230 인증 요건을 만족하는 개발 및 운영 관리 체계 구축
- 오픈소스 소프트웨어 사용, 배포에 대한 정책, 워크플로 설계
- OSS 관련 법적, 품질 관점의 리스크 최소화를 위한 모델 수립 및 운영
- SCA 도구 관리, 운영 및 자동화
- 라이선스 준수 여부 분석 및 개선 제안
- Governance 정책 및 프로세스 관리
- OSS 사용 관련 전사적 정책 수립 및 교육 프로그램 기획
- 법적 요구사항과 규제 동향에 대한 대응 방안 마련
- 전사적 컴플라이언스 프로그램 운영 및 성과 모니터링
- 개발팀의 OSS 인식 제고 및 교육 세션 관장
- OSS 감사 프로세스 실행 및 보고 체계 구축
- 외부 커뮤니티 및 이해관계자 협업
- 최신 동향 및 Governance 모범 사례를 조직 내에 도입
- OSS 관련 법률 자문/기술 파트너와 협력하여 분쟁 및 문제 해결
