Our Mechanical Metallography and Corrosion unit, a key part of Strategic Research, excels in mechanical testing, heat treatment, and corrosion. We deliver high-quality test results, innovate new and existing test methods, and actively participate in research and development projects. Our methods range from standardized tests to proprietary complex methods. The assignment The assignment focuses on fatigue testing of components made of high-performance steels. You will learn about a special fatigue test ing method and equipment and carry out tests on different specimens and materials to benchmark the test method and map its capabilities.…
