The Opportunity: Avantor is looking for an Associate Counsel to serve as a member of the technology and information security legal team. The Associate Counsel, Technology is a pragmatic and business-oriented counsel who supports legal matters related to cloud technology, digital platforms and SAAS transactions. This role will support licensing and technology vendor agreements across Avantor's enterprise. You will work closely with IT, Privacy, Sourcing and Sales teams to effectively enable the use of technology.
