The Opportunity: Avantor is seeking a 2nd Shift Inventory Control Supervisor to be responsible for overseeing the inventory movement needs in support of multiple ISO class 7 cleanroom locations. This is a full-time position based out of our Devens, MA location. Work Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 4:00pm-2:30am. How you will thrive and create an impact: Applies sound communication and motivational techniques in supervising, coaching and disciplining employees. Maintains and updates inventory records. Conducts any search to locate products within the system and adjusts records when there are discrepancies.
