Job Details: Job Description: We are seeking a high-energy, hands-on Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead our production team. This role is designed for a leader who thrives in the heart of the action and possesses the operational agility to manage a dynamic, rotating schedule. You will be responsible for ensuring safety, quality, and throughput while maintaining a consistent presence on the factory floor. This role requires onsite presence to manage essential staff while following a weekly day/night rotation on a "4 days on, 3 days off" schedule.
