Job Details: Job Description: An Ocotillo Technology Fabrication (OTF) DefMet Shift Group Leader (GL) works a compressed schedule and reports directly to department managers. The GL will be responsible for the performance, development, and employee relations of technicians working on shifts. The group leader will be responsible for creating and executing a roadmap to meet goals against area/shift metrics in safety, quality, availability, velocity, affordability, and training. The candidate may also be responsible for other activities including IMT and Production leadership. The DefMet SGL is responsible for communicating quality messages to the factory on a daily basis.…
