About the Role: Grade Level (for internal use): 05 As an Apprentice, Application Associate in Client Operations you will: Participate in project and application management duties to improve our internal tools and external client experience Conduct User Acceptance Testing with a high level of scrutiny ensuring successful project delivery Handle questions related to existing CRM and support functionality Run reports and dashboards for client interaction monitoring and for monthly department reporting Work with stakeholders to understand procedures and workflow guides.
