About the Role: Grade Level (for internal use): 07 Work Shift: This is a Night shift position. You should be flexible to work on any other shift depending on the business need. The Team: The Client Operations team is responsible for providing client support on our business intelligence tool by holding investigative conversations & driving product usage and revenue. Being present in the US, Philippines & Pakistan makes it a truly global team. As a member of the Client Services team, you will serve as a product generalist for the Capital IQ and Capital IQ Pro platforms. Working as a team is essential in this role.
