About the Role: Grade Level (for internal use): 09 Key Responsibilities & Impact Upsell & Expansion Conduct account analysis to identify growth areas within existing contracts. Track customer engagement and usage patterns to uncover scope expansion opportunities. Collaborate with Sales Specialists to execute targeted upsell initiatives. Cross-Sell & Whitespace Development Use Salesforce and PowerBI to identify whitespace within accounts and regions. Qualify opportunities through strategic client outreach and needs assessment. Launch cross-sell campaigns to introduce new products and data solutions to existing accounts.
