The Team The Managed Corporate Actions (MCA) team is responsible for defining, enhancing, and scaling corporate actions data and processing capabilities across global markets. We work closely with Operations, Product, and Technology teams to translate complex market events and issuer announcements into structured, automated, and client-ready solutions, with a strong focus on client ready to consume files (e.g., agent validation services and ISO-aligned event models).
