They must have strong technical skills and understanding of quality systems. The Quality Technical Specialist will be actively involved in regular customer communications, customer complaints, internal improvement projects, dispositioning, and general quality tasks. You Will Have the Opportunity To: Support continuation and growth of the quality management system. Ensure all parts of the applicable standard, processes, and customer expectations are embedded within the site procedures.
