About this role

540 is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to support hiring across software engineering, cloud, DevSecOps, cybersecurity, data, and AI/ML disciplines. This individual will partner with recruiting leadership and hiring managers to build talent pipelines, source qualified candidates, conduct recruiter screens, and support hiring efforts for both cleared and uncleared roles. This role is best suited for a recruiter with strong sourcing capabilities who is comfortable operating independently, managing multiple priorities, and supporting highly technical hiring needs within federal consulting and GovTech environments.
