The Commercial Lines Practice Leader position is a critical leader for HUB Southwest and important to the company's ongoing success and efficiency in sales, customer service and marketing. As the CL Practice Leader, you're responsible for the strategic oversight of product offerings, implementation, new business development, account retention, and the successful mentoring and development of our CL staff. The position reports directly to the Regional President and is a member of the Southwest Executive Leadership Team.
