AREA OVERVIEW : This position forms part of the Lead Contract Negotiators (LCN) group which supports the organization’s clinical agreements globally. Provides legal advice and counsel within a function, region or country to support the creation, review and negotiation of and non-disclosure and vendor agreements, and supports contracting process from triage to contract metric reports. RESPONSAIBILITIES : Reviewing, drafting and negotiating a broad range of clinical contracts (i.e. primarly non-disclosure agreements, vendor agreements and other customer agreements as needed). Ensuring that contracts are in compliance with legal, regulatory and organization policies.…
