About this role

The Opportunity: The Sr. Operator will work independently and in coordination with the Lead Operator of Manufacturing or the Supervisor. They are responsible for accurately and compliantly manufacturing various silicone products using a variety of automated and semi-automated equipment and processes. Operates mixing machines, coating machines, and cutting and packaging machines under SOP and GMP guidelines. Performs basic troubleshooting and maintains equipment cleanliness.
