EPM Cloud Application Developer The Opportunity: Lead the requirements gathering, development, and delivery of solution‑driven applications using Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Services (EPBCS) within EPM Cloud. Manage full life‑cycle development for planning applications, including defining and documenting business requirements, designing key processes, building rules and Essbase calculations, and establishing robust data sourcing strategies. Provide ongoing user support through training, documentation, and best‑practice guidance.
