Operational Planner The Opportunity: Support an Army headquarters in the development, revision, and review of operational plans (OPLANS), contingency plans (CONPLANS), and campaign plans. Contribute research, analysis, and planning inputs that enable effective operational design and execution. Assist in development and execution of exercises to test, improve, and validate plans. Apply military operations and planning experience to support operations assessments, mission analysis, commander's estimates, and senior-level briefings that inform decision-making. Collaborate with multiple stakeholders from military services, federal agencies, local government, and industry as necessary to synchronize efforts and optimize resources in a complex and dynamic theater of operations.
