About this role

FLSmidth in South Sioux City, NE is currently looking to fill positions for a Grinding Technician. Duties include but are not limited to: Insure safety on all projects, reporting all near misses & accidents. To drive to and from work sites, load and unload equipment. Establish and maintain a professional working relation with the Grinding Supervisor and customer. Understand all other services and products that the company offers. Install construction frames and set up grinding machines in the most efficient and safest manner. Machine the tires and rollers on different rotary equipment as specified in proposals in a manner that maintains high quality standards and get trained as a supervisor on the job. Make necessary roller adjustments to control the axial thrust of the rotary equipment.…
