Location: Siena Lakes by Erickson Senior Living Join our team as the Operations Associate (OA) position is a minimum one-year individualized program of functional and leadership training, including structured learning, special projects, multi-level feedback, and professional assessment. The OA Program will include temporary placements within multiple Erickson corporate and community departments. This individual will be responsible for meeting learning objectives, obtaining leadership experiences, completing assignments, and bringing business value to each business-line rotation. Assignments are subject to change based on the emerging needs of the business. Flexibility throughout the program is imperative. Compensation: Commensurate starting at $45,500 / year.…
