Role Description The HR Business Partner (HRBP) plays a critical role in partnering with leaders to drive business performance through effective people strategies, policies and initiatives. The HRBP acts as a hands-on consultant and coach to managers and teams, ensuring HR initiatives are practical, aligned with operational priorities, and directly support workforce productivity and engagement. Partner with multiple functions including Commercial, R&D, GMS, and ZCS, with a primary focus on the Commercial organization. The incumbent will also be responsible for partnering with our Payroll and benefits vendor(s) and internal Finance colleagues to ensure that colleagues are paid in an accurate and timely manner.…
