About this role

Drive creative framework, season arcs, and narrative consistency across large-scale non-fiction shows, with emphasis on weekend episodes and marquee moments. Lead and support casting decisions by identifying strong on-screen personalities and collaborating with talent teams, agencies, and production partners. Own creative supervision from scripting to final masters for launches, weekend specials, and finales, ensuring strong episodic flow, drama points, GFX integration, and adherence to content standards.
