JOB SUMMARY: The HRBP works closely with the business and HR teams to provide strategic leadership and support, delivering a world-class employee experience to JioStar’s talent. This includes designing and executing talent strategies in alignment with business strategies, ensuring leaders and managers receive the necessary support in facilitating positive employee experiences throughout the employee lifecycle. You will play an active role in understanding the business, solving problems, and interpreting various workplace situations within the context of talent practices, policies, processes, and employment law.
