SUMMARY The Law Clerk will support the Health and Human Services (HHS), Office for Civil Rights (OCR) as an integral contributor, by providing mission support to OCR regional offices to ensure compliance by the regulated community with the HIPAA Rules and applicable federal civil rights, conscience and religious freedom regulations. Chickasaw Nation Industries, Inc. serves as a holding company with multiple subsidiaries engaged in several lines of business ( Business Services, Health, Infrastructure and Engineering, Mission Optimization, Technology and Transportation ) for the federal government and commercial enterprises.
