Location: Remote - Ohio Department: CBO Revenue Cycle Weekly Hours: 40 Status: Full time Shift: Days (United States of America) Job Summary: POSITION SUMMARY If a patient has questions about a hospital or physician bill at ProMedica, the Patient Account Analyst will be there to answer. You will contact patients about registration, billing and collection. You will post payments, adjustments and denials to patient accounts and resolve any questions.
