From caring for patients to performing clerical services, a PCT helps all members of the ProMedica health care team while complying with standards, procedures, and policies. A PCT is a genuine ambassador for ProMedica as they interact with patients, visitors, and co-workers. The PCT assists the patient care team with exams, procedures, obtaining patient data and other processes related to direct patient care.
