The Learning Content Design & Curation role is responsible for enabling high-quality, learner-centric capability building through the design, curation, and continuous optimisation of skills-based learning pathways within the L&D ecosystem. This role will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of learning content across platforms, ensuring alignment with enterprise learning standards, governance, and business priorities.
