About this role

Engineers in this category are expected to be highly independent, efficient and recognized as the site electrical subject matter expert (SME). They are competent in electrical engineering (including HV/LV distribution), automation and control system interfaces, project management and reliability engineering. They coach and develop a team of technicians responsible for the safe, reliable and compliant operation and maintenance of electrical systems, equipment and processes. Their focus is to minimize downtime and ensure that system and equipment performance comply with cGMP, EHS and Good Engineering Practice (GEP) requirements, operating at optimal condition to meet Engineering and business expectations.
