Lead the engineering and maintenance function for process equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and compliant operations in accordance with cGMP, EHS, and GEP requirements. The role is responsible for overseeing equipment lifecycle management from design review, commissioning, qualification, and validation through routine maintenance and continuous improvement.
