About this role

What's the role? Medium Rare Content Agency is looking for a curious, analytical and proactive Audience Development Specialist to help us better understand how audiences discover, consume and engage with Coles content across social, search and owned channels. Working within the Strategy & Insights team, you’ll help turn audience, channel and search data into clear recommendations that strengthen Coles content performance and accelerate audience growth.
