Role Responsibilities Lead and support the fraud monitoring team, driving performance through coaching, mentoring, and leading by example. Support change implementation, strengthen team engagement, and foster a high-performing and resilient team culture. Support team in monitoring and analyzing digital transaction activity to identify potential fraudulent patterns and suspicious behavior. Conduct detailed reviews of transaction and customer data to connect unidentified transactions and accounts to known fraudulent activity; contact customers when necessary to validate suspicious transactions and minimize fraud losses.
