Department: 10010 Atrium Health Hospice Administration - Administration Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: M-F 830a-5p, Possible Holiday on-call rotation if Holiday/Observed Holiday M-F Pay Range: $21.85 - $32.80 Major Responsibilities: Responsibility for the coordination of all hospice referrals and comply with state and federal regulations. Serves as the internal point person and processing agent for all new hospice referrals. 1)Processes referrals for all programs for Hospice. Verification Specialist and Patient Account Specialists. 2)Responds to all inquiry calls regarding Hospice care. 3)Identifies risk management situations and reports to supervisor immediately.…
