Develops, updates, and maintains standard operating procedures and quality control processes as needed. Has a thorough knowledge of the automation with the ability to recognize and correct issues with minimal support. Prepares reports to illustrate the performance of automation for specimen processing. This includes investigating error trends, new test code builds, test code updates, and tube labeling compliance.…
